How to be listed:
- create an online account and sign in.
- file an application online here
- pay the Application Fee
- Complete the evaluation process with a passing grade
To receive a passing grade:
- Every detail of the application must be verified true and correct.
- All business and/or contractors' licenses must be current, valid and verified.
- Proof of insurance must be current, valid and verified.
- Must have no legal actions filed against them or their principals in the past three years, in any US juris diction, regardless of outcome.
- Business names cannot change more than once per five year period, unless an actual transfer of ownership has occurred.
- Must maintain an average list grade of C or better.
If after acceptance and listing, any of the above conditions are no longer met, there will be a 30-day holding period during which the applicant may ammend or correct any problems.
If after that holding period, the problems persist, the applicant will be delisted for the remainder of the term period.
